Job summary

Impact BPO Services Pte. Ltd. seeks a Senior Mechanical Engineer to lead full lifecycle ACMV works for healthcare and medical centre projects in Singapore.

You will guide project and site teams, ensure compliance with drawings, specifications and statutory requirements, and drive timely project decisions. Qualifications

• Degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related discipline.
• 10–15 years of hands-on experience in mechanical engineering, M&E construction or building services.
• Experience managing ACMV works for large-scale building projects; hospitals or healthcare facilities are a plus.
• Strong understanding of ACMV systems: ventilation, chilled water, ductwork and commissioning.

Responsibilities

• Lead full lifecycle of mechanical and ACMV works for healthcare/medical centre projects.
• Provide technical leadership to project and site engineers and supervisors.
• Resolve on-site mechanical/ACMV issues promptly to minimise delays and costs.
• Review designs, drawings, submissions for compliance with specs and regulations.
• Coordinate ACMV with other M&E, architectural and structural elements.
