Job summary

Wyeth Nutrition in Singapore seeks a Materials Planner to ensure timely availability of raw and packaging materials aligned with the production plan. You will optimize inventory levels, coordinate with MPS, and monitor supplier performance to meet factory targets.

The role entails close collaboration with Production, QA, and Procurement to maintain schedule feasibility and cost control while managing exceptions and export/local shipments where needed.

Qualifications

• Two or more years of relevant operational experience at factory/market level.
• Experience in Factory Planning.
• Experience in Supply Planning.
• Experience in Shelf Life management.

Responsibilities

• Create an optimized replenishment plan for raw and packaging materials over an 18 month horizon.
• Liaison with MPS planner & production on weekly production program during WPR.
• Monitor supply signals via MRP purchase requisitions to ensure delivery dates and lead times.
• Create purchase orders and ensure supplier fulfillment.
• Manage supplier deliveries including creating, sending, confirming, receiving and handling invoice discrepancies.
• Minimize detention and demurrage charges by coordinating with the warehouse team.
• Define stock policy for each SKU and ensure SAP housekeeping for healthcheck targets.
• Maintain material master data integrity related to MRP planning.
