Job summary

TOSS-EX PR PTE. LTD. in Singapore seeks an experienced Compliance professional to oversee MAS regulatory guidelines, conduct regulatory correspondence, and ensure timely implementation of action items across the Branch.

You will vet branch policies, manage AML/CFT controls, coordinate MAS inspections, perform compliance testing, and support onboarding and periodic review processes to maintain robust regulatory adherence.

Qualifications

• Experience implementing MAS regulations and compliance controls.
• Proven ability to perform regulatory correspondence and surveys.
• Strong understanding of AML/CFT processes and customer due diligence.
• Familiarity with inspection coordination and regulatory reporting.

Responsibilities

• Disseminate MAS regulatory guidelines and ensure timely implementation of actions.
• Vet Branch policies, manuals, and change requests from Compliance perspective.
