Job summary

Mandai Wildlife Group seeks a Senior Project Manager for the IT Department focused on marketing platforms. You will oversee the replacement of the Adobe on-prem website, migrate to a cloud-based CMS, and manage the tender process with stakeholders across the organization.

You will drive marketing automation and AI-enabled improvements, coordinating with Salesforce Marketing Cloud and related tools, while ensuring minimal disruption during migration and go-live.

Qualifications

• Minimum 12 years of experience in marketing technology or digital platforms.
• Bachelor’s degree in IT, business, or related field.
• Strong understanding of cloud CMS, Salesforce, marketing automation, and AI.
• Hands-on experience with Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) and migration to cloud CMS.
• Analytical and problem-solving abilities; strong leadership and communication skills.
• Experience managing tender processes and vendor selection.
• Ability to work under pressure with multiple priorities.

Responsibilities

• Map marketing processes to identify inefficiencies and pain points.
• Identify challenges and document issues comprehensively.
• Design desired 'to-be' processes for marketing platforms.
• Lead replacement of Adobe on-premises website and select cloud CMS.
• Plan and manage AEM to cloud migration including content, DAM, SEO, and cutover.
• Lead tender process from requirements to vendor selection.
• Provide project leadership from conception to go-live, within scope and on time.
• Drive marketing automation and AI to improve campaigns and operations.
• Engage stakeholders to capture requirements and manage expectations.
• Document business and non-functional requirements clearly.
