Job summary

PASONA Singapore Pte. Ltd. is seeking a Marketing Communications Executive in West Singapore. You will plan and produce multimedia content, including videography and photography for corporate events and campaigns, while ensuring brand consistency across all assets.

You will also manage newsletters, webinars, and EDMs, coordinate with vendors, and support event logistics with a focus on visual storytelling and creative execution.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, Photoshop and Illustrator.
• Experience in videography, photography, and end-to-end multimedia production.
• Familiarity with motion graphics, animation and video post-production techniques.
• Experience coordinating corporate events and managing external vendors is an advantage.
• Strong organizational, project management and multitasking skills.

Responsibilities

• Plan, conceptualize and produce multimedia content to support marketing and communications initiatives.
• Capture videography and photography for corporate events and campaigns.
• Create visual assets and simple graphics for multimedia, digital and event communications.
• Coordinate with internal stakeholders and external vendors to manage production timelines and deliverables.
• Ensure multimedia deliverables align with brand guidelines and communication standards.
• Maintain multimedia equipment and production inventory.
• Explore new content formats and AI-powered tools to improve workflows.
