Job summary

CapitaLand Investment Limited is seeking a hands-on Senior Executive, Marketing & Partnerships to drive marketing, partnerships and delivery of Catapult's learning solutions and programmes in Singapore. You will craft customised proposals, coordinate partners, and execute high‑impact events to convert opportunities into measurable business outcomes.

You will manage end-to-end marketing campaigns, lead generation and client communications, collaborating with internal teams and knowledge partners

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, HR or related discipline.
• 2–5 years of relevant marketing and partnerships experience.
• Experience in corporate training or executive education is a plus.
• Proven proposal, presentation and client-facing material development.

Responsibilities

• Develop customised learning proposals, pitch decks and client presentations.
• Coordinate knowledge partners and marketing assets for campaigns.
• Plan and execute Masterclasses, roundtables and events.
• Manage registrations, communications and post-event surveys.
• Maintain CRM databases and assist sales follow-ups.
