Job summary

CapitaLand Group's Catapult is Singapore's premier executive education and leadership campus, seeking a Senior Executive, Marketing & Partnerships to drive learning solutions across enterprises in Singapore.

You will partner with knowledge partners, facilitators and clients to develop customised proposals, manage events, and coordinate marketing campaigns that convert opportunities into business outcomes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications or related field.
• 2–5 years of experience in marketing for corporate training, executive education, learning & development, or events.
• Experience in client-facing, account management, programme management, marketing or business development roles.
• Experience preparing proposals, presentations and client materials is advantageous.
• Strong project coordination and stakeholder management skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; high attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Prepare customised learning proposals, pitch decks and client presentations.
• Coordinate inputs from internal stakeholders to ensure timely proposals submission.
• Manage knowledge partner coordination and onboarding for programmes.
• Plan and execute programme marketing campaigns and learning events, including registrations and materials.
• Maintain CRM databases and support lead generation reporting.
• Assist with procurement, vendor coordination and administrative processes.
