CapitaLand's Catapult in Singapore is seeking a hands-on Senior Executive, Marketing & Partnerships to support enterprise learning solutions and programmes. You will develop customised learning proposals, drive event marketing and coordinate partner activities to deliver impact for corporate clients.

You will work closely with knowledge partners, facilitators and internal teams to convert opportunities into tangible business outcomes, while managing multiple projects in fast-paced environments.

Qualificações

• Degree in Marketing, Business, Communications or related field.
• 2–5 years in marketing for corporate training, executive education, or events.
• Experience in client-facing, account, or business development roles is preferred.
• Proficiency in creating proposals, presentations and client materials.

Responsabilidades

• Develop customised learning proposals and pitch decks.
• Coordinate inputs from internal stakeholders to ensure timely proposals.
• Drive programme marketing campaigns and event marketing initiatives.
• Coordinate knowledge partner relationships and programme information.
• Support onboarding and launch of new programmes.
