JUNXIN ENGINEERING PTE. LTD. is seeking a Marketing Manager to oversee our marketing efforts, with a focus on social media.

This is a new position with room for career advancement as you lead the company’s social media marketing initiatives. This role requires bilingual English and Chinese communication to liaise with Mandarin-speaking stakeholders and to manage content across platforms such as 小红书, Tik Tok, Douyin, Instagram, and Facebook.

Qualifications

• Bilingual English and Chinese required to liaise with Mandarin-speaking stakeholders.
• Willingness to learn and maintain meticulous work attitude.
• 5 years' experience in renovation contractor industry preferred.
• Experience using design software such as Adobe.
• Able to oversee social media marketing and content creation.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the company’s social media marketing efforts.
• Create content for platforms (XiaoHongShu, TikTok, Douyin, Instagram, Facebook).
• Liaise with internal and external stakeholders in bilingual environments.
• Optional: manage website on Wordpress and explore AI-based customer service tools.
• Handle ad-hoc administrative duties as needed.

We are looking for a Marketing Manager to oversee our marketing efforts.

This is a new position with room for career advancement and progression, as you oversee the social media marketing efforts of the company.

Responsibilities

• Experience in using chinese social media platforms such as 小红书, Tik Tok, Douyin, Instagram, Facebook
• Good working knowledge in design / script writing to generate content for the various entities above-mentioned
• [Optional] Experience in website management (Wordpress) will be advantageous
• [Optional] Experience in using and implementing AI on website / social media platforms to aid with customer service queries will be advantageous
• Any other adhoc admin duties

Requirements

• 6 days work week
• Bilingual in both English and Chinese to liaise with internal and external Mandarin speaking stakeholders
• Ideally 5 years relevant renovation contractor industry working experience
• Experience in using design software such as Adobe
• Meticulous, good attitude and willing to learn
