hill city food and beverage pte. ltd. is seeking a Senior Marketing Executive to manage the full spectrum of graphic design and marketing activities.

You will collaborate with the Marketing Manager to develop branding strategies and execute campaigns across outlets, including creating artwork for promotions and coordinating social media content. The role requires hands-on design skills, strong multitasking, and an ability to adapt to market trends.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in F&B or Retail marketing.

Responsibilities

• Plan, schedule and develop annual marketing campaigns.
• Prepare promotion materials for outlets (Artwork print & digital).
• Photography or video for product launches as needed.
• Coordinate with marketing vendors for weekly social media updates (FB, IG, TikTok, Xiaohongshu).
• Prepare content and design artwork when necessary.
• Plan promotions for branches and work with management to meet sales goals.
• Liaise with mall marketing teams to update promotions and upcoming programs.
• Monitor market trends to respond to changing consumer preferences.
• Engage with press, media, marketing agents, bloggers for brand visibility.

Job Description

Responsible for managing the whole spectrum of the graphic designing and marketing function, liaison with the Marketing Manager to develop branding and marketing strategies.

• Plan, schedule and develop on going marketing theme, campaign for the year
• Prepare promotion material (Artwork print & digital artwork design) for respective outlet for display
• Photo or video taking may required when new product launching for promotion use
• Liaise with marketing vendor for Weekly update on social media, FB, IG, TikTok, 小红书, website,
• Prepare content, design artwork may necessary (Sub - content, and post)
• Plan Promotion for respective branches. Always work closely with Supervisor/ manager, understand the sales and customers' needs and preference.
• Always receive feedback from respective branch staffs in order to improve the Sales & Promotion
• Frequently liaise with mall marketing management to update our promotion and mall upcoming program
• Understand current market trend and needs, in order to react fast what for market preference
• Link up with press, media, marketing agent, blogger or relevant party is necessary to do brand visibility

Requirements
