Job summary

TheMeetUpSG is seeking a Senior Marketing Executive/Marketing Lead to drive B2B campaigns, grow brand visibility, and generate qualified business opportunities in Singapore. You’ll blend creativity with analytics to support business growth across social, content, and events.

You will manage content across Instagram, TikTok, and LinkedIn, craft campaigns, and coordinate with external agencies for SEO while ensuring brand consistency.

Qualifications

• 3–6+ years of B2B marketing experience (events, agency, or hospitality experience a plus).
• Demonstrates strong copywriting, campaign management, stakeholder management, and analytical skills.

Responsibilities

• Plan, create, and manage content across Instagram, TikTok, and LinkedIn.
• Tailor content to suit each platform's audience and format.
• Maintain a content calendar aligned with brand voice, campaign objectives, and event timelines.
• Brainstorm, pitch, and execute marketing campaigns to strengthen brand awareness and engagement.
• Develop creative concepts, captions, visuals, and short-form video content.
• Ensure outputs align with brand storytelling and positioning.
• Track and analyse digital performance metrics (reach, engagement, growth).
• Use insights to optimise content strategies and campaign execution.
• Support SEO strategy with external agencies and content optimisation.
• Assist onsite event marketing, capture content, extend post-event storytelling.
• Collaborate with internal teams and partners to ensure consistent brand quality.
