Job summary

Monee is hiring a Senior BI Analyst to support Monee Insurance marketing analytics, driving data-driven decision-making to deliver measurable business impact. The role focuses on traffic analysis, user journey funnels, campaign effectiveness, and user behavior, partnering closely with Marketing, BD, and Product teams to translate data into actionable insights.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in STEM or Business Analytics.
• Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience in BI / Data Analytics, with a strong focus on marketing, traffic, or growth analytics.
• Strong SQL skills, with experience using Python and/or R for analysis and modeling.
• Experience in building automated dashboards and reports using BI / visualization tools (e.g. Tableau, Power BI, Looker).
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify appropriate data sources and analytical approaches for ambiguous marketing questions.

Responsibilities

• Drive end-to-end marketing analytics for Monee Insurance, covering traffic acquisition, user journey funnels, campaign effectiveness, and user behavior across channels.
• Evaluate paid media and growth performance to identify key drivers, bottlenecks, and optimization opportunities that improve conversion efficiency and ROI.
• Define and maintain core marketing and funnel metrics, ensuring consistent measurement frameworks across campaigns, experiments, and product initiatives.
• Perform deep-dive and ad hoc analyses to address complex business questions, including funnel diagnostics, cohort analysis, and channel- or campaign-level performance reviews.
• Support attribution and tracking design to ensure accurate measurement of marketing initiatives and reliable downstream analysis.
• Drive experimentation and optimization efforts by supporting test design, performance evaluation, and insight generation to inform marketing and product decisions.
• Synthesize analytical findings into clear, decision-oriented insights that directly inform strategy, prioritization, and resource allocation.
