Job summary

Monee seeks a regional marketing leader to drive user acquisition by identifying, scoping, and leading cross-market programs across product lines. You will own end-to-end project management, from strategy to execution, performance tracking, and reporting to regional leadership.

Qualifications

• Experience in Payments/Internet/FinTech/Banking is a plus.
• Able to manage end-to-end, multi-stakeholder projects independently.
• Analytical and problem-solving with strong reasoning.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; stakeholder management.
• Proactive in dynamic environments; hands-on execution.
• Prior experience in App growth is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Identify, scope, and lead regional marketing programs and cross-Monee product lines to drive user acquisition.
• Own end-to-end project management from strategy to execution and reporting for regional leadership.
• Develop data-driven strategies grounded in market insights and translate findings into actionable recommendations.
• Partner with local market teams to adapt, implement, and scale regional programs with aligned timelines and KPIs.
• Collaborate with Product, Marketing, Business Development, and Finance to drive objectives.
• Prepare and present structured reports for senior stakeholders.
