Qualifications

• Quant background in Science/Math/Financial Engineering/Risk Mgmt; CFA/FRM a plus.
• Strong Excel and VBA/Python skills; SQL and databases preferred.
• 5–10 years in market risk, treasury risk or product control in global banks or securities houses.

Responsibilities

• Work on new product approval from market risk perspective with regulatory alignment.
• Formulate stress scenarios and quantify potential losses in trading portfolios.
• Conduct in-depth ad-hoc PnL analysis for senior mgmt with strategic insights.
• Oversee daily risk management of rates, FX and commodities positions; monitor VaR and limits.
• Supervise creation of risk monitoring reports (daily/weekly/monthly) with advanced metrics like attribution and concentration analysis.
• Engage with Front Office to implement risk controls and address limit breaches.
