ADECCO PERSONNEL PTE LTD is seeking a Senior Business Application Analyst for the Market Risk systems program in Singapore. Qualifications

• Master’s or bachelor's degree in CS, IT, or related field.
• 10+ years as Senior Business Analyst in Market Risk with VaR/IRC/PnL.
• Strong SQL and data modeling skills; ad hoc data analysis.
• Expert at gathering requirements and writing Jira user stories.
• Experience bridging Front Office, Risk, IT across onshore/offshore teams.

Responsibilities

• Own and maintain deep functional knowledge of Market Risk applications.
• Gather, clarify, and document business requirements with stakeholders.
• Define test strategy and coordinate UAT; support deployments.
• Provide Level 2 functional incident support and root-cause analysis.
