Job summary

Consortio RG Ltd is recruiting an experienced Marine Superintendent for a leading global ship management organisation in Singapore. You will ensure safety, compliance, and performance across the fleet, acting as the critical link between shore management and vessel teams.

The ideal candidate will have previous seagoing experience in a command position and operational knowledge of Heavy Lift and Multi-Purpose vessels. This position provides an opportunity to influence fleet performance significantly.

Qualifications

• Minimum of two years in a command position aboard Heavy Lift and Multi-Purpose vessels.
• Strong knowledge of international maritime regulations and vessel management systems.
• Experience in internal auditing and risk management.

Responsibilities

• Support vessel operations and ensure safety compliance.
• Act as the key link between shore management and vessel teams.
• Conduct audits, investigations, and oversee marine visits.
