Job summary

The Supreme HR Advisory Pte. Ltd. is seeking a Marine & HSE Manager to lead marine safety, vessel operations and fleet management from West-Penjuru. The role requires hands-on experience with DPA, SIRE, Class and Flag State surveys and active crew coordination.

Responsibilities include vessel visits, reporting, training, and ongoing advisory support to Masters. Working days are Mon–Fri, 8:30am–5:30pm; salary is SGD 6,500–7,500 per month.

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience in marine operations, HSE and fleet management.
• Experience with DPA, SIRE, Class & Flag State surveys.

Responsibilities

• Lead the HSE section and manage marine safety investigations with corrective actions.
• Conduct weekly vessel visits and participate in shipboard meetings and drills.
• Advise Masters on marine HSE and navigational matters.
• Assume the DPA role.
• Ensure vessels comply with Class and Flag State requirements.
• Attend SIRE inspections, Class surveys and Flag State surveys.
• Assist with deck department requisitions and fleet consumables.
• Attend vessel dry dockings and repairs.
• Conduct vessel inspections and prepare maintenance and crew reports.
• Participate in the Emergency Response Team.
• Identify training needs and conduct induction training for crews.
• Monitor performance and recruitment of Masters/Officers and manage crew welfare.
