Job summary

The Supreme HR Advisory Pte. Ltd. is seeking a Marine & HSE Manager for our West - Penjuru site in Singapore.

The role leads the HSE section, oversees marine safety, vessel operations, and crew management, and reports on incidents with corrective actions. The position runs Monday to Friday, 8:30am to 5:30pm, with a salary range of SGD 6,500 to SGD 7,500 per month. You will conduct weekly vessel visits, participate in shipboard meetings and drills, ensure compliance with Class and Flag State

Qualifications

• Managerial experience in marine operations, HSE and fleet management.
• Hands-on in DPA, SIRE, Class & Flag State surveys.
• Experience in vessel operations, crew management, and dry docking.

Responsibilities

• Lead the HSE section and manage investigations and corrective actions.
• Conduct regular weekly vessel visits and participate in shipboard meetings and drills.
• Advise Masters on marine HSE and navigational matters.
• Attend vessel dry dockings and manage maintenance reporting.
• Coordinate crew training and recruitment processes.
• Monitor vessel condition and prepare performance reports.
• Act as part of Emergency Response Team.
