Job summary

The Supreme HR Advisory Pte. Ltd. is seeking a Marine & HSE Manager based in Singapore, West-Penjuru.

Qualifications

• CoC Class 1 or 2 required.
• Significant managerial experience in marine operations, HSE and fleet management.
• Experience with DPA duties, SIRE inspections, and Class/Flag State surveys.
• Experience in vessel operations and crew management.
• Ability to lead investigations and develop training programs.

Responsibilities

• Lead the HSE section and investigate marine incidents.
• Prepare investigation reports and corrective actions.
• Coordinate vessel visits and onboard drills.
• Attend vessel SIRE, Class, and Flag State surveys.
• Oversee crewing, recruitment, and welfare.
• Attend dry-dockings and oversee maintenance.
