Job summary

ea recruitment pte. ltd. in Singapore seeks an experienced Marine HSE & Incident Manager to lead the HSE function across all marine operations.

The role covers safety, security, injury and incident management, investigations and reporting, plus close collaboration with Masters on navigational safety. The candidate will oversee vessel compliance, inspections, fleet maintenance, recruitment interviews and crew welfare, with DPA duties and training programmes for Masters and deck officers.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of relevant marine fleet management or HSE experience.
• Strong experience in Marine HSE and safety requirements.
• MPA Class 1 certification and Work at Height (Manager) certification.
• Good knowledge of maritime regulations and safety standards.

Responsibilities

• Lead the HSE function across marine safety, security, injuries and incidents.
• Lead investigations, prepare detailed reports and implement corrective actions.
• Conduct vessel visits, shipboard meetings and drills; advise Masters on HSE and navigation.
• Assume the DPA (Designated Person Ashore) role and ensure timely closures.
