Responsibilities

Drive revenue growth by developing new customer accounts in the marine sector.
Manage end-to-end fuel transactions from pricing through delivery and post-trade support.
Build long-term customer relationships with responsive, solution-oriented service.
Identify and capture new business opportunities through proactive market engagement.
Monitor market trends, pricing, and competitor activity to inform decisions.
Collaborate with operations, supply, and credit teams to ensure delivery and mitigate risk.
Oversee customer credit exposure with credit control to support growth.
Resolve operational issues and claims while maintaining service standards.
Maintain accurate commercial records of contracts, pricing, and interactions.
Engage the market through regular client visits, networking and industry events.
