Job summary

SINBOR COMPANY (PRIVATE) LIMITED is seeking motivated sales professionals to grow our customer base and promote marble and building materials in Singapore. Roles accommodate both junior and senior candidates, with responsibilities aligned to experience.

The position focuses on new business development, project and product sales, and order coordination across residential, commercial and hospitality projects.

Qualifications

• Proven sales or business development experience in marble/building materials or related industry.
• Established network within Singapore's interior design, architecture, property development, construction or related sectors is highly advantageous.
• Strong commercial and negotiation skills with ability to convert opportunities into sales.
• Excellent communication, relationship-building and presentation skills.
• Independent contributor with ability to manage multiple projects and tight deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Identify and develop new business opportunities within Singapore's marble, natural stone and building materials sectors.
• Build relationships with interior designers, architects, developers, contractors and project managers.
• Convert prospects into active customers and develop repeat business and referrals.
• Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable products and services.
• Coordinate quotations, negotiations, and order coordination through to delivery.
