Job summary

Lonza Singapore is seeking a Senior Technical Specialist for Manufacturing (MM) on a fixed-term contract. You will lead operational readiness for technology transfers and process campaigns, drive run activities and CAPA handling.

You will mentor junior team members, ensure data integrity, and collaborate with SMEs and QA to close investigations and ensure compliant lot disposition. The ideal candidate holds a bachelor’s in chemical/biochemical engineering or related science, with experience in

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in chemical/biochemical engineering or related science.
• Experience in two of three manufacturing aspects: Readiness, Run, and Release.
• Strong understanding of manufacturing processes and equipment.
• Experience with deviation investigations and root cause analysis.

Responsibilities

• Lead and support operational readiness activities for technology transfers and process campaigns.
• Manage run activities, deviation assessments, CAPAs, and rejected material management.
• Lead investigations for deviations/non-conformities; perform root cause analysis and CAPAs.
• Facilitate discussions with SMEs and QA to close investigations and disposition lots.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives within Manufacturing operations.
• Initiate and mentor junior team members in the department.
• Uphold data integrity and improve processes per Lonza policies.
