Job summary

Lonza Singapore is seeking an MSAT Lead Engineer (DSP, Tech Transfer) to oversee the timely transfer of purification steps from the customer process into the Lonza Singapore facility. You will collaborate with MSAT members, customer experts, MFG, QA and QC to ensure seamless technology transfer and robust manufacturing operations.

You will lead process support, post-campaign activities, and investigations into process trends, deviations, and issues.

Qualifications

• Over 5+ years of experience in biotechnology process development, process support, research, or related manufacturing environment.
• Proven ability to work in cross-functional technical settings.

Responsibilities

• Lead the timely transfer of purification stages into Lonza Singapore production facility.
• Oversee preparation, execution, monitoring and post-campaign activities for purification processes.
• Perform investigations into process deviations and provide technical input for reports and change controls.
• Support training, documentation updates, and CPV/APR activities as required.
