Job summary

Responsibilities

• Plan and develop project plans aligned with approved targets.
• Allocate and manage resources; analyse performance and close gaps.
• Coordinate with Sales and Production on deliverables like specs, BOMs, drawings, and PO approvals.
• Chair discussions to resolve material issues with Materials team.
• Initiate and attend conference calls and adhoc meetings with customers or internal teams.
• Schedule projects and update SAP dates when there are pull/push changes.
• Monitor and report project status to the Project Director.
• Ensure ECR/ECO processes are followed for pilots and production, track ECOs.
• Manage rework activities with customers and internal teams.
• Liaise with production, quality, and buyer teams for RMA closure.
