Job summary

Molex Singapore seeks a Manufacturing Process Engineer to drive process optimization and yield enhancements across DataCom and Specialty Solutions. You will work cross-functionally to resolve process challenges, transfer new products to production, and uphold quality, safety, and performance standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering or related field.
• 5+ years of experience in assembly process development or manufacturing troubleshooting.
• Strong knowledge of PFMEA, Control Plans, SOP/WI, SPC, MSA, DOE, and statistical analysis.
• Experience interpreting technical drawings, BOMs and engineering docs.
• Experience with MES or SAP and data-driven improvement.

Responsibilities

• Develop and optimize manufacturing processes to improve efficiency, productivity, and quality.
• Analyze current methods, identify opportunities, and redesign processes to reduce waste and costs.
• Develop process control techniques and simulation methods for stable production.
• Support production to meet schedules by ensuring stable processes and improved performance.
• Lead or participate in continuous improvement projects using Lean, Six Sigma, and data analytics.
