Job summary

Deloitte Southeast Asia is seeking a Senior Manager for A&A Transaction Accounting Support in Singapore. You will lead audit and capital markets engagements, oversee regulatory filings, and guide IPO readiness while managing client relationships and growing the practice.

You will mentor junior staff, collaborate across disciplines, and contribute to governance and reporting improvements in a dynamic, inclusive firm environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accountancy, Finance, or related discipline.
• Professional accounting qualification (CA Singapore, CPA, ACCA, ICAEW, or equivalent).
• 8–12 years of relevant experience in external audit, accounting advisory, capital markets, or transaction-related services.
• Proven experience leading IPO, listing, or capital markets engagements.
• Strong knowledge of IFRS, SFRS(I), SGX listing requirements and financial reporting regulations.
• Excellent project management, stakeholder management, and client relationship skills.
• Strong leadership capabilities with experience managing and developing high-performing teams.
• Demonstrated business development and proposal writing experience will be an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage audit and capital markets engagements for Singapore IPOs and other transaction-related projects.
• Review financial statements, disclosures, and regulatory filings to ensure IFRS/SFRS(I) compliance.
• Support clients on technical accounting, financial reporting, IPO readiness and related matters.
• Oversee preparation and review of prospectuses and accountants' reports.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to provide integrated solutions across audit and advisory.
• Contribute to reporting excellence and governance, controls enhancement, and finance transformation.
• Support business development through proposals, papers and client presentations.
• Manage client relationships, supervise engagement teams, and mentor junior professionals.
