Job summary

Deloitte Southeast Asia in Singapore is seeking an experienced A&A Transaction Accounting Senior Assistant Manager to lead IPO-related audits and assurance engagements. You will work with cross-functional teams to ensure IFRS/SFRS(I) compliance and accurate financial disclosures for capital market listings.

You will review prospectuses and offering documents, mentor junior staff, and engage with clients and stakeholders to deliver high-quality audit solutions in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance or related field.
• Pursuing or strongly motivated to pursue Chartered Accountant (CA) or equivalent.
• Minimum 4 years of audit experience, preferably with capital markets or IPO exposure.
• Strong understanding of IFRS and SFRS.
• Knowledge of SGX/HKEX listing rules is a plus.
• Excellent analytical, communication and project management skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities.

Responsibilities

• Assist in planning and executing audits for SG IPO engagements.
• Review financial statements and disclosures for IFRS, SFRS(I) compliance and listing requirements.
• Support the preparation and review of prospectuses and offering documents.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver integrated client solutions.
• Identify and resolve technical accounting and reporting issues related to IPO readiness.
• Supervise and mentor junior staff, ensuring audit quality and consistency.
• Maintain effective communication with clients and internal stakeholders.
