Deloitte Singapore SR&T PTE. LTD. is seeking a capable professional to join the Strategy, Risk & Transaction M&A practice. You will work with clients on shareholder value, inorganic growth, and deal strategy, using analytics and financial models to inform decisions and integrations.

The role emphasizes collaboration with client executives, preparation of presentations, and continuous knowledge sharing across projects to maximize deal value and post-deal success.

Qualifications

• Undergraduate degree with outstanding academic credentials and business focus.
• 2 to 4 years of relevant work experience.
• Excellent interpersonal relations and teamwork.
• Good verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to develop and present new ideas and conceptualized solutions.
• Proven analytical skills and systematic problem solving.
• CPA, CFA, CF, MBA or other equivalent designation (completed or in progress) desirable.

Responsibilities

• Work with clients to bring a rigorous, evidence-based analytical capability.
• Contribute to client presentations and liaise with executives and professionals as required.
• Identify issues, define symptoms and recommend solutions.
• Support project planning, status reporting and deliverables.
• Analyze financial data, review accounting records and develop financial models.
• Assist senior members and support junior team members.
• Build relationships across Deloitte practice areas and share lessons learned.
