Job summary

Singapore University of Social Sciences (SUSS) seeks a Senior Manager/Manager (Sustainability & Smart Technology) to lead the sustainability and smart technology aspects of the flagship campus project in Singapore. The role drives feasibility, budget planning, tendering, and integration of green building and security systems.

The successful candidate will oversee cross‑disciplinary teams, coordinate with government agencies, and ensure high standards of performance, safety and energy efficiency

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree and/or Master’s degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.
• 15+ years of relevant experience in Sustainability and/or Smart Technologies Management or related fields.
• Experience in planning, design and implementation of sustainability and smart building solutions for large-scale developments.

Responsibilities

• Lead sustainability management for the new campus development, including feasibility studies and budget planning.
• Oversee smart technologies and integrated security systems and coordinate tender processes.
• Review M&E and design proposals to ensure code compliance and value-for-money.
• Represent SUSS with government agencies and guide junior team members.
