Job summary

Singapore University of Social Sciences (SUSS) seeks a senior Mechanical/Electrical Engineering leader to spearhead the M&E engineering team for the development of our flagship campus and related projects. This role drives smart building initiatives, environmental sustainability design strategies, campus security, AV systems, and comprehensive project management through concept to handover.

Qualifications

• Degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering required.
• Experience as Mechanical/Electrical Engineer/Manager or Project Manager in large-scale development projects preferred.
• Registered Professional Engineer is an added advantage.
• Experience with Green Mark or Super Low Energy certifications is an added advantage.

Responsibilities

• Lead the technical planning and development of M&E engineering works and smart building initiatives for campus projects.
• Develop objectives and roadmaps for sustainable, secure and intelligent infrastructure solutions.
• Engage with authorities and stakeholders to obtain technical clearances and ensure quality.
• Oversee the internal M&E team and coordinate with external resources for seamless delivery.
• Provide technical advice to address construction-related challenges and ensure timely delivery.
