Job summary
Singapore University of Social Sciences (SUSS) seeks a senior leader to drive Sustainability & Smart Technologies across its flagship campus development. You will guide M&E engineering works, manage budgets, and coordinate with government agencies.
Your role ensures integration of green building practices and resilient campus infrastructure. You will lead multidisciplinary teams, oversee tender processes, and push for world-class standards while engaging stakeholders to align with SUSS’s
Qualifications
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering or related discipline.
- 15+ years in Sustainability/Smart Technologies Management and related fields.
- Experience with large-scale development projects and government interfaces.
Responsibilities
- Manage sustainability and M&E engineering works, including feasibility, budgeting, and tendering.
- Oversee smart technology solutions and integrated security systems, including design evaluation.
- Review consultant designs for code compliance and drive integration of smart building systems.
- Lead external resources, attend site meetings, and ensure on-time, on-budget delivery.
