Job summary

Ultra Clean Technology in Singapore is seeking a Senior Manager, Supplier Quality to lead supplier quality initiatives for the semiconductor capital equipment sector. This role focuses on developing supplier improvement plans, conducting capability assessments, and driving KPI performance including quality, delivery, lead time, and cost reductions.

Ideal candidates hold a BS in Quality/Manufacturing/Mechanical/Industrial Engineering with 10+ years’ experience, with strong communication skills

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Quality/Manufacturing/Mechanical/Industrial Engineering with 10+ years of experience.
• Experience in semiconductor capital equipment and Gas Panel activities is highly desirable.

Responsibilities

• Develop strategic supplier improvement plans.
• Conduct supplier capability assessments.
• Build supplier technical capability.
• Monitor KPIs including Quality (PPM), On-Time Delivery (OTD), Lead Time, Cost Reduction, Capacity Utilization, Corrective Action Closure, and Customer Complaints.
• Conduct capability audits; review manufacturing processes and quality systems.
• Support First Article Inspection (FAI) and Lean Manufacturing initiatives; process control and calibration; EHS compliance.
• Lead cross-functional collaboration and executive reporting.

Experience Requirement:

• Work Experience: Technical experience in semiconductor capital equipment and Gas Panel related activities are highly desirable.

Overnight Travel:

Work may require out of town travel depending upon assignment (training and meeting). 25 %.
