Qualifications

• Experience delivering automation projects using Python, UiPath, PowerAutomate, and Excel VBA.
• Strong data analysis and digital tool usage to streamline processes.
• Experience applying AI tools in workflows is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Drive Business Process Reengineering projects to improve service delivery and productivity.
• Leverage data analysis and digital tools to streamline processes and decision-making.
• Deliver automation projects on time using Python, UiPath, PowerAutomate, Excel VBA.
• Lead adoption of Whole-of-Government platforms (GatherSG, Plumber, Sensemaker).
• Identify opportunities to integrate AI tools into workflows and automation pipelines.
• Plan, design and implement surveys to gather customer and stakeholder feedback.
• Oversee internal events to foster innovation and continuous improvement.
• Engage stakeholders with strong communication to drive organisation-wide initiatives.
• Proficient in automation tools and project management to deliver tech-enabled initiatives.
• Utilise AI tools for workflow automation across platforms.
• Knowledge of WOG platforms and governance-enabled solutions.
• Facilitate group discussions on process redesign in automation context.
• Knowledge of HR operations and Business Process Reengineering is advantageous.
