Job summary

Qualifications

• Degree in social work, healthcare, community development, gerontology, or related discipline.
• At least 5 years of leadership experience in eldercare, healthcare, or social services.
• Proven experience managing community programmes and centre operations.
• Strong capabilities in strategic planning, systems thinking and change management.
• Excellent stakeholder management with government agencies and community partners.

Responsibilities

• Oversee operations and performance of an assigned cluster of Active Ageing Centres to meet KPIs.
• Monitor service outcomes and drive continuous service improvements with centre teams.
• Guide Centre Supervisors in programme planning, volunteer engagement, and resource utilisation.
• Ensure compliance with policies, governance requirements and funder guidelines across the cluster.
• Foster collaboration and sharing of good practices across AACs to strengthen service quality.
• Represent the Active Ageing Group in ICCP meetings, build partnerships for integrated care.
