The role involves collaboration with Group Compliance, development of sales assurance controls, and coordination of internal and external audits across Retail operations.

You will report findings, implement corrective actions and support ad hoc regulatory projects. The position requires strong analytical and collaborative skills in a global banking

Mansioni

• Keep abreast of regulatory developments and assess impact on the business.
• Provide advice, interpretation, and recommendations.
• Work with Group Compliance on compliance matters and initiatives.
• Develop sales assurance controls and coordinate implementation by the respective business/support functions.
• Perform periodic assessment & assurance reviews on key activities to ensure compliance with internal controls and regulatory requirements.
• Report findings, recommending corrective actions and preparing trend analysis for management review.
• Coordinate external and internal audits (Regulator/External & Internal Auditors/ Group Compliance) for Retail Business.
• Undertaking ad hoc projects related to business / regulatory controls.
