Job summary

GovTech in Singapore seeks a skilled Responsible AI & Governance Manager to shape governance across the organisation. You will develop practical governance frameworks, operationalise AI policies, and partner with teams to ensure AI solutions are safe, responsible, and innovative.

You will work closely with product, engineering, cybersecurity, legal, and data governance teams to embed governance into the lifecycle of AI products and services.

Qualifications

• Approximately 10 years of relevant experience.
• Strong judgement and structured thinking.
• Ability to balance innovation with risk management.
• Excellent stakeholder management and influencing skills.
• Strong written communication and policy drafting abilities.
• Experience working across multidisciplinary teams.
• Ability to translate principles and policies into practical operational processes.

Responsibilities

• Develop governance frameworks and operationalize AI policies across GovTech.
• Embed governance into product design, development and deployment of AI solutions.
• Design governance artefacts, assessment methodologies and operating procedures.
• Coordinate governance forums and decision-making mechanisms.
• Monitor AI risk and coordinate incident reviews and remediation actions.
• Collaborate with Product, Engineering, Cybersecurity, Legal and Data Governance teams.
