Job summary
OCBC Bank in Singapore seeks a senior reconciliation professional to lead end-to-end reconciliation, automation and AI enablement initiatives. You will configure SmartStream TLM, optimize matching rules and manage governance across tech vendors and business stakeholders.
The role requires hands-on experience with Power BI, Python, SQL and RPA tools, plus a strong risk and controls mindset. This is a 100% on-site position based at Tampines, Singapore.
Qualifications
- Experience in reconciliation and end-to-end transformation projects.
- Strong knowledge of reconciliation platforms and process redesign.
- Experience with URS/BRD/FSD and test documentation.
Responsibilities
- Lead reconciliation, automation and AI initiatives from requirements to post-production stabilization.
- Configure and enhance reconciliation workflows, rules and controls in SmartStream TLM.
- Develop dashboards and analytics using Power BI, Python, SQL and related tools.
- Engage stakeholders, coordinate SIT/UAT, and ensure controlled implementation.
- Collaborate with vendors, Risk, Compliance and Technology to strengthen governance.
