Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Business, Finance, or related discipline.
• Strong interest in banking operations, process optimisation, data-driven problem solving, and/or technology-enabled transformation.
• Graduates with strong academic results, as well as candidates with up to 3 years of relevant experience, are encouraged to apply.
• Strong analytical mindset, with the ability to gather information, identify issues, interpret data, and derive practical insights.

Responsibilities

• Manage reconciliation system processes, including static data maintenance, statement uploads, and data feeds monitoring.
• Support the analysis, design, and testing of auto-match rules to enhance reconciliation effectiveness and operational efficiency.
• Identify and elevate processing exceptions, errors, and abnormal issues on a timely basis.
• Respond to internal and external stakeholder queries in a timely and professional manner.
• Build knowledge of relevant workflows and source systems, and contribute to process improvement initiatives.
• Support the preparation of insightful weekly and monthly MIS reporting for senior management and stakeholders.
• Ensure all work complies with SOPs, policies, standards and codes of conduct.
