Work to resolve internal issues accordingly.* Ensure nonconformance cost of the projects stays within the agreed threshold.* Lead the team to realize change order opportunities into actual orders.* Be the functional lead of the country managers in the regional execution SSC.* Ensuring the APAC hub and the regional execution SSC collaborates for PSB execution excellence.* Work with counterparts in the other hubs for best practices and staying abreast of the latest customer developments.* Prepare the monthly execution status report for the senior management by working with the internal stakeholders.* Collaborate with the APAC PMO team on overall project portfolio improvement initiatives.* Organize lessons learnt for APAC. **Other Matters:*** Travel overseas on business, when required.* Updates oneself with project management best practices* Special assignment from time to time.**Position requirements:*** University studies in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering fields.* Minimum of 10 years of relevant experience in project management and execution of engineered solution business, out of which a minimum of 5 years within the relevant sector, revenue responsibility and leadership experience.* Experience in the diesel generator industry would be an added advantage.* Proven track record to manage portfolio of projects and deliver within schedule, budget, and specifications.* Attained project management certification (PMP) or similar.* Strong skillsets in negotiation and communication skills are essential to the role, with proficiency in multiple Asian language skills a distinct advantage.
