Job summary

WSAudiology in Singapore is seeking a Treasury Accountant to support global treasury operations and month-end activities. You will work with international banking platforms, process payments, and assist with reconciliation and cash management to help the business run smoothly.

The role requires 1–2 years in treasury or accounting, a finance diploma, and strong English and Chinese communication. You will collaborate with internal and external stakeholders in a truly global company.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of experience in Treasury or Accounting; fresh graduates welcome.
• College or Diploma qualification in Finance, Treasury or a related field.
• Good understanding of treasury operations, payments and reconciliation processes.
• Experience with e-banking platforms and financial systems is advantageous.
• Good communication skills in English and Chinese.
• Ability to work effectively with stakeholders in a professional and timely manner.

Responsibilities

• Manage treasury-related payments including payments on behalf of the business, FX settlements and other treasury transactions.
• Administer global user maintenance activities for e-banking platforms and Coupa systems.
• Perform ICC reconciliation and guarantee reconciliation activities during month-end closing.
• Conduct monthly user reviews and support compliance requirements across treasury systems.
• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders and support ad hoc treasury tasks as required.

Join our Finance team in Singapore as a Treasury Accountant supporting global treasury operations and month-end activities. This role offers the opportunity to work with international banking platforms, collaborate with internal and external stakeholders, and contribute to efficient cash and treasury management processes.

What you will do

• Manage treasury-related payments including payments on behalf of the business, FX settlements and other treasury transactions
• Administer global user maintenance activities for e-banking platforms and Coupa systems
• Perform ICC reconciliation and guarantee reconciliation activities during month-end closing
• Conduct monthly user reviews and support compliance requirements across treasury systemsManage reconciliation of US entities cash flow movements and trial balance activities
• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders and support ad hoc treasury tasks as required.
