Job summary

• 5+ years of relevant experience in procurement, supply chain, digital transformation, or related functions.

• Master's degree or higher in Engineering, IT, Finance, or related discipline.

• Lead the Global Procurement Excellence team and drive harmonized procurement processes across the organization.
• Ensure compliance with procurement policies and governance standards across global operations.
• Lead the global rollout, maintenance, and continuous improvement of procurement digital tools including Zycus.
• Drive adoption of AI enabled solutions to improve analytics, negotiations, and supplier management capabilities.
• Oversee supplier risk assessment programs and business continuity planning activities.
• Collaborate with Procurement, Finance, IT, and Legal teams to support strategic procurement initiatives.

Join our global procurement organization to lead Procurement Excellence and digital transformation initiatives. You will shape policies, processes, supplier risk management, and procurement technology adoption across a global network. This role offers the opportunity to drive harmonization, compliance, and value creation through data, digital tools, and cross functional collaboration.

What you will do

• Lead the Global Procurement Excellence team and drive harmonized procurement processes across the organization
• Ensure compliance with procurement policies and governance standards across global operations
• Lead the global rollout, maintenance, and continuous improvement of procurement digital tools including Zycus
• Drive adoption of AI enabled solutions to improve analytics, negotiations, and supplier management capabilities
• Oversee supplier risk assessment programs and business continuity planning activities
• Collaborate with Procurement, Finance, IT, and Legal teams to support strategic procurement initiatives.

What you bring

• 5+ years of relevant experience in procurement, supply chain, digital transformation, or related functions
• Solid experience with digital tools, systems implementation, and process improvement initiatives
• Experience working across multiple industries or business functions is advantageous
• Good negotiation and stakeholder management skills with the ability to work across global teams
• Master's degree or higher in Engineering, IT, Finance, or a related discipline
• Fluent English communication skills and willingness to travel lightly between 1 and 10 days annually.
