Job summary

Ministry of Digital Development and Information in Singapore is seeking a key member of the performance management team to implement the performance framework and support talent management initiatives across the MDDI workforce.

The role focuses on end-to-end performance and talent management, dashboard development, data governance, and acting as secretariat for talent development discussions with senior stakeholders.

Qualifications

• At least 3–5 years of HR experience in performance management and/or talent development.
• Integrity and sound judgement in handling sensitive HR matters.
• Strong analytical, communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Proficient in MS Office applications, especially Excel.
• Meticulous, able to multi-task and deliver quality work within tight timelines.
• Interest in leveraging technology and AI in HR processes.

Responsibilities

• Performance Management: Develop and review internal guidelines within the Civil Service framework and support the annual Ranking and Promotion process.
• Talent Management: design and implement talent initiatives and oversee PB simulations and payout administration.
• Talent Data and Dashboard: maintain talent data, build dashboards, and ensure data governance and privacy compliance.
• Talent Secretariat: act as secretariat for talent development meetings, synthesise inputs, and translate decisions into actions.
