Job summary

Responsibilities

• Lead production operations to achieve productivity, quality, cost, capacity, and delivery performance goals.
• Develop and implement manufacturing and production plans that meet customer needs, order requirements, and business priorities.
• Collaborate with the procurement department to ensure timely supply of materials and address supply or production constraints.
• Develop and improve operating procedures, production control, and workflow to enhance production efficiency and consistency.
• Continuously improve the project with the goal of optimizing processes, increasing productivity, reducing waste, improving quality, and enhancing operational efficiency.
• Ensure that production operations comply with quality assurance/quality control standards, workplaces safety regulations, and company policies.
• Collaborate with senior management to assess production capacity, operational needs, process improvements, and future resource requirements.
