Qualifications

What The Role Is

As a Senior / Manager focusing on transformative initiatives within MCCY Internal Audit team, you will play a pivotal role in driving change and innovation across our audit operations. You will participate, support and/ or co-lead transformative initiatives, champion digital technology adoption to streamline existing internal audit (IA) processes, and foster collaboration across IA units within the MCCY- Ministry Family’s statutory boards.

As a Senior / Manager focusing on transformative initiatives within MCCY Internal Audit team, you will play a pivotal role in driving change and innovation across our audit operations. You will participate, support and/ or co-lead transformative initiatives, champion digital technology adoption to streamline existing internal audit (IA) processes, and foster collaboration across IA units within the MCCY- Ministry Family’s statutory boards. What You Will Be Working On

You will take on/support the following responsibilities:

• Digitalisation and AI Adoption: Champion the digital transformation agenda, leveraging on AI and advanced technologies to streamline existing IA processes, automate repetitive tasks and enhance overall efficiency of IA operations.


• Change Management: Act as a catalyst of change, promoting a proactive approach to change management and ensuring smooth transitions during the implementation of these transformative initiatives.

What we are looking for

• Relevant experience or skill-based certifications in Data Science or AI or Technology Management or Computer Science or Data Forensic Science or related discipline.


• Relevant work experience or proven successful track records in at least 2-3 projects in digital transformation, technology adoption, or innovation management would be advantageous.


• Appointment level will be commensurate with experience and qualifications.

Technical Capabilities

• Experience in internal audit automation and/ transformation would be an advantage. E.g. developing and driving business units’ adoption of AI/ Digital technologies or proven capability to bridge business needs with advance AI/ML applications.


• Proficiency in leveraging AI, large language models, predictive analytics, and automation scripts to deliver measurable improvements in process efficiency and scalability.


• Strong understanding of IA principles, methodologies, and best practices, would be advantageous.


• Strong project management and communication skills.
