steel builder pte. ltd. in Singapore seeks a commercially driven Senior Manager – IoT & Smart Structural Steel Solutions to lead the adoption of IoT, automation, robotics, AI and data analytics within our structural steel business.

You will shape the IoT strategy, develop dashboards for real-time project status, and partner with technology providers to create premium digital offerings. This role requires close collaboration with Tender and Business Development teams to embed digital solutions

• Develop and implement the Company's IoT and Smart Structural Steel strategy.
• Identify opportunities to apply IoT, automation, robotics, AI and data analytics across fabrication and site installation.
• Implement smart monitoring of fabrication equipment, cranes, welding machines and other critical assets.
• Develop customer-facing digital dashboards providing real-time project and fabrication status.
• Collaborate with Business Development and Tender Teams to include IoT and digital solutions in tenders.
• Develop Smart Steel packages to differentiate from conventional contractors.
• Identify new customers and project opportunities where IoT and digital capabilities can provide a competitive advantage.
• Establish partnerships with IoT, automation, robotics, AI, BIM and technology solution providers.

We are seeking a commercially driven Senior Manager – IoT & Smart Structural Steel Solutions to spearhead the adoption of IoT, automation, robotics, AI, data analytics and digital technologies within our structural steel business.

Job Responsibilities

• Develop and implement the Company's IoT and Smart Structural Steel strategy.
• Identify opportunities to apply IoT, automation, robotics, AI and data analytics across fabrication, quality control, inventory, logistics and site installation.
• Implement smart monitoring of fabrication equipment, cranes, welding machines and other critical assets.

• Develop customer-facing digital dashboards providing real-time project and fabrication status.

• Work closely with the Business Development and Tender Teams to incorporate IoT and digital solutions into structural steel project tenders.
• Develop innovative "Smart Steel" packages that differentiate the Company from conventional structural steel contractors.

• Identify new customers and project opportunities where IoT and digital capabilities can provide a competitive advantage.
• Establish partnerships with IoT, automation, robotics, AI, BIM and technology solution providers.

• Lead pilot projects and evaluate technology investments based on ROI, productivity improvement and commercial potential.
• Develop new revenue opportunities through premium IoT-enabled structural steel solutions and digital services.
