Job summary

Wisma Geylang Serai (WGS) is a flagship integrated community hub of PAS People's Association in Singapore.

The Senior Manager (Integrated Programming & Partnership) will lead planning and delivery of integrated community programmes and partnership initiatives across the precinct, working with grassroots organisations, co-located partners, and community stakeholders to widen outreach, celebrate heritage and build social capital.

Qualifications

• 2–5 years in a management position; supervisory experience preferred.
• 5+ years in community programming, partnership management, events management, or grassroots work.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement integrated programming strategies for WGS.
• Coordinate with PA divisions and committees to plan heritage and cultural programmes.
• Collaborate with Geylang Serai Community Club and co-located partners to deliver local programmes.
• Plan and organise marquee Malay cultural events (Hari Raya Bazaar, Bulan Bahasa, arts events).
• Engage grassroots organisations and external stakeholders to co-create community programmes.
• Support recruitment, onboarding and development of volunteers.
• Supervise the Manager (Integrated Programming) and monitor outcomes.
• Prepare progress reports for evidence-based planning.
