Job summary

Assurity Trusted Solutions (ATS) is a GovTech subsidiary delivering trusted governance and assurance services. We are seeking an experienced IT auditor to lead end-to-end audits of ICT controls across government agencies, plan fieldwork, report findings, and drive remediation with stakeholders.

The role requires 6+ years in IT audit, knowledge of COBIT/ISO 27001, and strong communication and project planning skills.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of IT audit experience with end-to-end project delivery.
• Knowledge of COBIT, ITIL, NIST, ISO/IEC 27001.
• Familiarity with IM8 governance policies advantageous.
• Professional certifications such as CISA, CISSP, CISM, CRISC are advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Develop and tailor audit programmes and checklists to evaluate ICT risk controls.
• Plan, design, and execute policy risk-based audits of systems and infrastructure.
• Manage stakeholder engagements across the audit lifecycle to ensure timely delivery.
• Review audit observations to assess ICT governance, risk and controls across agencies.
• Develop practical, risk-based recommendations to strengthen ICT governance and security.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to identify root causes and address gaps.
• Monitor implementation of corrective actions and remediation.
• Plan, procure and manage outsourced audit resources to meet audit deliverables.
• Conduct ICT&SS audits of Government agencies as assigned by GovTech's IAD.
• Facilitate reporting and maintenance of audit findings in the central repository.
• Manage end-to-end audit engagements with multiple agencies.
