• Oversee the global portfolio of new product industrialization and manufacturing transfer projects, ensuring transparency on priorities, capacities, resource conflicts, and project commitments.
• Drive reliable project execution regarding milestones, SOD, costs, and risks; initiate corrective actions and ensure robust reviews.
• Continuously improve project management capabilities and ensure consistent application of procedures, roles, deliverables, and standards.
• Drive effective cross-functional collaboration with Portfolio Managers, R&D, Manufacturing, and Supply Chain; resolve conflicts and ensure results.
