Job summary

Pepperl+Fuchs seeks a Senior Manager to lead the Global Project Office for industrial engineering, new product introduction, and manufacturing transfers across its international network. You will mentor project leaders and shape global project standards.

The role emphasizes strategic portfolio oversight, cross-functional leadership with R&D, manufacturing, and supply chain, and a track record in delivering complex programs in a multinational setting.

Qualifications

• University degree in Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related technical field.
• Several years of leadership experience in international engineering or manufacturing.
• Strong background in electronics manufacturing, industrialization, NPI, or manufacturing transfers.
• Proven expertise in project and portfolio management, resource planning and performance steering.
• Fluent English and willingness to travel internationally.

Responsibilities

• Technical Leadership & People Development: Lead and develop global Project Leaders Supply Chain across regions.
• Global Portfolio & Resource Management: Oversee portfolio of new product industrialization and transfers with clear priorities.
• Project Performance & Steering: Drive milestones, costs, risks; initiate corrective actions and reviews.
• Project Standards & Governance: Improve project management processes and ensure consistent practices.
• Cross-Functional Leadership: Collaborate with Portfolio Managers, R&D, Manufacturing, and Supply Chain.
